Bonus Points
Bonus Points lets you run time-limited campaigns that award customers extra points at a set multiplier. Use Bonus Points campaigns to drive orders during slower periods or reward customers for specific order types.

How to Access
Click Loyalty in the sidebar under Grow Your Business, then select Bonus Points from the expanded submenu.
Creating a Campaign
The Create New Campaign tab opens a form with the following settings:
Campaign Name
Give the campaign a descriptive internal name, e.g. "Double Points Weekdays" or "Lunch Hour Boost". This name is visible to your team only.
Multiplier
Set the points multiplier for this campaign. A multiplier of 2× means customers earn double points on eligible orders. The default is 1.5×.
Include Tier Multiplier
When this toggle is enabled, a customer's tier-based multiplier (from the Tiers loyalty programme) stacks on top of the bonus multiplier. Disable it if you want the bonus multiplier to apply as a flat rate regardless of tier.
Order Types
Choose which order types this campaign applies to. You can select all, or restrict it to specific types:
- Pickup App
- Dine-In App
- Delivery App
Select Outlet
Choose which outlets this campaign applies to. You can run the campaign across all outlets or target specific locations.
Viewing Campaign Performance
Click the View Performance tab to see all your Bonus Points campaigns and their results, including redemption rates and total points awarded.
