Overview

The Contents section lets you personalise the customer app experience with promotional banners (Campaign Widgets) and product add-on suggestions (Cross-Sells).

How to Access

Click Contents in the sidebar under Grow Your Business.

Campaign Widgets

Campaign Widgets display promotional banners at the top of the customer app's home screen. Use these to inform customers about offers, discounts, loyalty programs, or upcoming events.

To manage Campaign Widgets, click the Campaign Widgets card and follow the on-screen steps to create or edit a banner.

Cross-Sells

Cross-Sells allow customers to optionally add related products during the checkout process. For example, when a customer orders a burger, you can suggest adding fries or a drink. This is an effective way to increase the average order value.

To set up Cross-Sells, click the Cross-Sells card and configure which products should be suggested alongside specific menu items.

Note: Changes to Campaign Widgets and Cross-Sells will reflect in the customer-facing app once saved and published.
