Customers

The Customers page gives you a searchable directory of all registered customers, with the option to view individual profiles and export the full list.

How to Access

Click Customers in the sidebar under Grow Your Business.

Searching for a Customer

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific customer. You can search by:

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name
Customer Table

The table displays the following information for each registered customer:

  • Email — The customer's email address (primary identifier), along with their internal user ID
  • Full Name — The customer's display name as registered in the app
  • Registered At — The date the customer first created their account
  • Actions — Click the eye icon to open the customer's full profile
Viewing a Customer Profile

Click the eye icon in the Actions column to open an individual customer's profile. From here you can see their order history, loyalty points balance, tier status, and any vouchers they hold.

Downloading Customer Data

Click the Download button (top-right) to export the full customer list as a CSV file. The export includes email, name, and registration date for all customers.
