Customers

Overview

The Customers page displays a list of all customers who have registered an account on your platform. You can search for individual customers and download the full list for analysis or CRM purposes.

How to Access

Click Customers in the sidebar under Grow Your Business.

Searching for a Customer

Use the search bar at the top of the page. Type the customer's email address, first name, or last name. The table will filter in real time.

Customer Table

The customer list displays the following columns: Email (the customer's registered email address), Full Name (the customer's name), Registered At (the date they created their account), and Actions (click the eye icon to view more details about a specific customer).

Downloading the Customer List

Click the Download button in the top-right corner. The list will download as a CSV file. Use this file for email campaigns, loyalty analysis, or CRM imports.

Note: The customer list only includes customers who have registered through the Cata customer app. Walk-in or phone orders are not included unless the customer has an account.
