Dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard is your home screen. It gives you a real-time summary of business performance and flags any operational issues that need your attention.

How to Access

Click Dashboard in the sidebar under Monitor Your Performance, or navigate to your backoffice home URL.

Summary Card

The Summary card on the left shows Orders and Revenue. Use the time-period buttons to switch between views:

• Today – Current day's totals
• Yesterday – Previous day's totals
• 7 Days – Rolling 7-day totals
• 30 Days – Rolling 30-day totals

Click More at the top-right of the Summary card to navigate to the full Performance page for deeper trend analysis.

Operations Health

The Operations Health panel on the right displays two key service metrics:

• Cancelled Orders – Number and percentage of orders that were rejected. A high rejection rate may indicate capacity or staffing issues.
• Preparation Time – Average time (in minutes) taken to prepare orders. Monitor this to ensure kitchen efficiency.

Both metrics display data for Today by default.

Outlet Filter

If you manage multiple outlets, use the Outlet Filter at the top of the page to switch between individual outlet views or view aggregated data across all outlets.
