Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen. It gives you an at-a-glance view of today's business performance across three areas: Sales, Operations, and Customers.

How to Access

Click Dashboard in the sidebar under Monitor Your Performance, or navigate directly to your Backoffice home URL. The Dashboard is the default landing page after login.

Sales Panel

The Sales panel (left side of the page) shows a summary of revenue and order metrics for the selected date. The headline metric is Total Net Revenue, with four supporting metrics below:

  • Total Net Revenue — Total revenue after discounts, before fees
  • Total Transactions — Number of orders processed
  • Average Order Value — Total net revenue divided by number of transactions
  • Net Price per Item — Average net revenue per item sold
  • Average Discount — Percentage of revenue given away as discounts

Each metric shows a comparison to the previous day ("vs yesterday"). Click Detailed View → to open the full Performance page for deeper trend analysis.

Operations Panel

The Operations panel (top-right) shows operational health metrics for the selected date:

  • Active Outlets — Number of outlets currently open and accepting orders
  • Total Items Sold — Total number of individual items sold

Click Detailed View → to open the Operations tab on the Performance page.

Customers Panel

The Customers panel (bottom-right) shows customer acquisition metrics for the selected date:

  • Unique Customers — Number of distinct customers who placed an order
  • New Customers — Customers placing their first-ever order

Click Detailed View → to open the Customers tab on the Performance page.

Outlet Filter

Use the Outlet selector at the top of the page (showing e.g. "2/2 Outlets") to filter the Dashboard to a specific outlet, or view aggregated data across all outlets.

Date Filter

Click the date button (e.g. "20 Mar 2026") to change the date being viewed. The Dashboard always shows data for a single selected day.

Comparison Toggle

Enable the Comparison toggle to display each metric alongside its equivalent from the previous day. When active, each KPI card shows a percentage change.
