Financial Reports

Overview

The Financial Reports section gives you visibility into your transaction data, automated payouts, and downloadable financial statements. It is divided into three distinct tools: Transactions Overview, Payouts Overview, and Reports.

How to Access

Click Financial Reports in the sidebar under Monitor Your Performance.

Transactions Overview

Click the Transactions Overview card to see a detailed list of all financial transactions processed through your account within a specified time period. This view is useful for reconciling payments and identifying any discrepancies.

Payouts Overview

Click the Payouts Overview card to view a history of completed automatic payouts to your balance account. Each payout entry shows the amount, date, and status, helping you track when funds were transferred.

Reports

Click the Reports card to access downloadable financial reports for a selected time period. You will need to select a franchisee/balance account first.

Note: The Reports section requires a franchisee or balance account to be selected before you can access downloadable report files. If you are unable to select one, contact support@trycata.com.
