Financial Reports

Financial Reports gives you access to transaction-level payment data, payout history, and downloadable settlement reports for your balance accounts.

How to Access

Click Financial Reports in the sidebar under Monitor Your Performance.

Sub-Modules

The Financial Reports landing page contains three sub-modules:

Transactions Overview

Shows a list of every payment transaction processed through your Cata balance account within a specified time period. Use this to reconcile individual customer payments against your records.

Payouts Overview

Displays a list of completed automatic payout settlements to your bank account. Each payout entry shows the settlement date, amount, and the transactions included.

📌 Cata uses Adyen as its payment partner with a T+2 settlement schedule. This means funds are typically settled to your bank account two business days after the transaction date. See the Billing FAQ for the full settlement schedule.

Reports

Provides downloadable Sales & Settlement Reports for a selected time period. These reports include transaction-level detail, fee breakdowns, and tax splits — useful for monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation.

Selecting a Balance Account

When you open any of the three sub-modules, you will be prompted to select a balance account (franchisee sub-account). If you only have one account, it will be pre-selected. Click Continue to proceed to the report.

When to Use Each Sub-Module

  • Transactions Overview — For day-to-day transaction lookups and reconciliation
  • Payouts Overview — For confirming when and how much was settled to your bank
  • Reports — For monthly bookkeeping, invoicing review, and tax preparation
