Loyalty Programs
Overview
The Loyalty section helps you drive repeat business by rewarding customers for their purchases and referrals. You can manage four distinct programs, each with its own status and configuration.
How to Access
Click Loyalty in the sidebar under Grow Your Business, then click Loyalty Programs.
Points
Status: Not Set by default.
The Points program rewards customers with points for every transaction. Customers can then redeem points for discounts or vouchers. To activate, click the Points card and configure the earn rate and redemption rules.
Tiers
Status: Active by default.
The Tiers program offers loyalty levels based on customer spending. As customers spend more, they unlock exclusive monthly benefits. Click the Tiers card to view and edit tier levels, spending thresholds, and benefits.
Digital Stamp
Status: Active by default.
The Digital Stamp program works like a traditional stamp card. Customers earn stamps for eligible purchases and receive a voucher once they collect the required number. Click the Digital Stamp card to configure the stamp threshold and voucher reward.
Refer a Friend
Status: Not Set by default.
The Refer a Friend program rewards customers for referring new users. When a referred friend signs up or makes a purchase, both the referrer and the new customer can earn rewards. Click the card to set up referral rewards.
Note: Program status is shown on each card. A green 'Active' badge means the program is currently running. 'Not Set' means the program is configured but not yet activated.
