Loyalty Programs

Loyalty Programs lets you set up and manage four types of customer reward programmes — Points, Tiers, Digital Stamp, and Refer a Friend. Each programme type is independently configurable and can be activated or paused without affecting the others.

How to Access

Click Loyalty in the sidebar under Grow Your Business, then select Loyalty Programs from the expanded submenu.

Points

The Points programme rewards customers with points for every transaction. Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts or vouchers at checkout.

  • Customers earn points automatically on eligible orders
  • Point value and earning rate are configurable
  • Points can be redeemed in-app at checkout
  • Combine with the Tiers programme for enhanced earning rates at higher tiers
Tiers

The Tiers programme creates membership levels based on cumulative spending. Customers unlock progressively better benefits as they move up tiers (e.g. Bronze → Silver → Gold).

  • Define spending thresholds for each tier
  • Assign exclusive monthly benefits per tier (e.g. bonus point multipliers, free items)
  • Customers can see their tier status and progress in the customer app
Digital Stamp

The Digital Stamp programme replicates the classic "buy X, get 1 free" stamp card in a digital format. Customers earn a stamp for each eligible purchase and receive a reward voucher once they collect the required number.

  • Set the number of stamps required to earn a reward
  • Define what the reward is (e.g. a free drink, a discount voucher)
  • Stamps are awarded automatically on eligible orders
Refer a Friend

The Refer a Friend programme rewards customers for bringing in new users. Customers share a unique referral link; when a friend signs up and places their first order, both the referrer and the referred friend earn a reward.

  • Customers share a personal referral link via any channel
  • Define rewards for the referrer (for bringing a new customer)
  • Define rewards for the referred friend (for signing up and ordering)
  • Rewards are issued automatically once conditions are met
