Navigating the Backoffice

Overview

The Cata Backoffice is your central hub for monitoring performance, managing promotions, and configuring your restaurant's operations. After logging in, you are taken to the Dashboard by default.

The Sidebar

The left-hand sidebar is always visible and organises all features into three groups:

• Monitor Your Performance - Track sales, orders, and financials
• Grow Your Business - Manage promotions, content, loyalty, and customers
• Manage Your Business - Configure outlets, menus, operations, and settings

To collapse the sidebar, click the arrow icon at the bottom. Click it again to expand.

Switching Outlets

Most pages include an Outlet selector at the top of the content area. Use this dropdown to filter data or settings for a specific outlet, or select All Outlets for a combined view.

Your Account

Your name and email are displayed in the top-right corner of every page. This confirms which account you are logged in as.
