Outlet Management

Shows a read-only view of your outlet listing, including their open/closed status and publish status.

⚠️ This page is read-only if you are POS integrated and is managed by your provider. To make any changes to your outlets, please do so in your respective POS. 

How to Access

Click Outlet Management in the sidebar under Manage Your Business.

Outlet Status Summary

At the top of the page, four counters give you an at-a-glance overview:

  • Active Outlets — Outlets that are fully set up and in operation
  • Open Outlets — Outlets currently open and accepting orders (based on opening hours)
  • Draft Outlets — Outlets that have been set up but not yet published
  • Scheduled Outlets — Outlets set to go live at a future date
Outlet List

The table below shows all your outlets with the following columns:

  • Outlet Name — The name of the outlet as shown to customers
  • Outlet Image — The image associated with this outlet in the customer app
  • Opening Hours — The configured trading schedule (e.g. All Days, Mon–Fri)
  • Open Status — Whether the outlet is currently Open or Closed
  • Publish Status — Whether the outlet is Published (visible to customers) or in Draft
Filtering the List

Use the status tabs (All Status, Published, Draft, Scheduled) to filter the outlet list. Use the search bar to find a specific outlet by name.
