Outlet Management

Overview

Outlet Management displays a list of all your outlets with their current open and publish status, opening hours, and outlet images. This page is read-only — outlet data is managed through the Deliverect integration.

Note: This page is read-only. Outlet data is managed by Deliverect. To make changes to outlet details, opening hours, or status, please contact the Cata support team at support@trycata.com.

How to Access

Click Outlet Management in the sidebar under Manage Your Business.

Outlet Summary

At the top of the page, four summary counters provide a quick overview: Active Outlets (total outlets that are set up and active), Open Outlets (outlets currently accepting orders), Draft Outlets (outlets in draft mode, not yet published), and Scheduled Outlets (outlets scheduled to go live at a future date).

Outlet Table

The main table shows each outlet with the following information: Outlet Name (the name and internal ID of the outlet), Outlet Image (a thumbnail image for the outlet), Opening Hours (whether the outlet is open All Days or on a custom schedule), Open Status (whether the outlet is currently Open or Closed), and Publish Status (whether the outlet is Published, Draft, or Scheduled).

Filtering the List

Use the status filter tabs (All Status, Published, Draft, Scheduled) above the table to narrow down the outlet list. Use the search bar and Filter button to search by outlet name or apply additional filters.
