Outlet Operations

Outlet Operations shows operational configuration for each outlet — including opening hours, accepted order types, and preparation times. Like Outlet Management and Menu, this page is read-only and managed through Deliverect.

How to Access

Click Outlet Operations in the sidebar under Manage Your Business.

Selecting an Outlet

Use the Choose Outlets dropdown at the top of the page to select which outlet you want to view. The three information panels will update to reflect the selected outlet's configuration.

Opening Hours

The Opening Hours panel shows the configured trading schedule for the selected outlet — which days it is open and the opening and closing times for each day.

Order Type

The Order Type panel shows which order types the outlet currently accepts:

• Pickup App — Customers order and collect in person
• Dine-In App — Customers order and eat on-premises
• Delivery App — Customers order for home delivery

Preparation Time

The Preparation Time panel shows the configured estimated preparation time for orders at this outlet. This time is displayed to customers in the app when they place an order, helping set expectations for when their order will be ready.

📌 Opening hours, order types, and preparation times affect what customers see in the ordering app. Changes are made in Deliverect and then synchronised to the Backoffice — they are not editable here.
