How to Access

Click Performance in the sidebar under Monitor Your Performance, or click Detailed View → on any of the three Dashboard panels.

Filters

At the top of the page, four controls let you customise what you see:

  • Outlet Selector — Filter to a specific outlet or view all outlets combined
  • Date Picker — Choose the date or date range to analyse
  • Comparison Toggle — Compare the selected period against the equivalent previous period
  • Time Granularity — Switch the charts between Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly views
Sales Tab

The Sales tab shows revenue and transaction metrics, each displayed as a KPI card and a time-series chart.

Key Metrics

  • Total Net Revenue — Revenue after discounts, shown with trend chart
  • Total Transactions — Number of orders placed
  • Average Order Value — Average spend per order
  • Net Price per Item — Average revenue per item sold
  • Average Discount — Discount rate as a percentage of gross revenue

Revenue Breakdowns

Below the main charts, the Sales tab also shows:

  • Revenue by Outlet — Which outlets are generating the most revenue
  • Revenue by Payment Method — How customers are paying (card, e-wallet, etc.)
  • Revenue by Customer Group — Revenue split by loyalty tier or customer segment

Operations Tab

The Operations tab focuses on fulfilment efficiency and outlet throughput.

Key Metrics

  • Active Outlets — Number of outlets open during the period
  • Total Items Sold — Total item count across all orders
  • Items Sold per Outlet — Average items per outlet, useful for benchmarking

Hourly Average Sales Table

Below the KPIs, a heatmap-style table shows average sales by time slot (rows) and day of week (columns: Monday through Sunday). This helps identify peak trading hours for each day.

Customers Tab

The Customers tab tracks customer acquisition and retention.

Key Metrics

  • Unique Customer(s) — Distinct customers who placed at least one order in the period
  • New Customer(s) — First-time customers who placed their first-ever order in the period

A time-series chart below the KPIs shows Unique Customers over time, with comparison to the previous period when the Comparison toggle is enabled.

Exporting Data

Each chart has a download icon (↓) in its top-right corner. Click this to download the underlying data as a CSV for further analysis in a spreadsheet.
