Performance
The Performance page provides detailed trend analysis across three tabs — Sales, Operations, and Customers. Use it to identify patterns, compare time periods, and drill into specific metrics with charts.

How to Access
Click Performance in the sidebar under Monitor Your Performance, or click Detailed View → on any of the three Dashboard panels.
FiltersAt the top of the page, four controls let you customise what you see:
- Outlet Selector — Filter to a specific outlet or view all outlets combined
- Date Picker — Choose the date or date range to analyse
- Comparison Toggle — Compare the selected period against the equivalent previous period
- Time Granularity — Switch the charts between Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly views
The Sales tab shows revenue and transaction metrics, each displayed as a KPI card and a time-series chart.
Key Metrics
- Total Net Revenue — Revenue after discounts, shown with trend chart
- Total Transactions — Number of orders placed
- Average Order Value — Average spend per order
- Net Price per Item — Average revenue per item sold
- Average Discount — Discount rate as a percentage of gross revenue
Revenue Breakdowns
Below the main charts, the Sales tab also shows:
- Revenue by Outlet — Which outlets are generating the most revenue
- Revenue by Payment Method — How customers are paying (card, e-wallet, etc.)
- Revenue by Customer Group — Revenue split by loyalty tier or customer segment
Operations Tab
The Operations tab focuses on fulfilment efficiency and outlet throughput.
Key Metrics
- Active Outlets — Number of outlets open during the period
- Total Items Sold — Total item count across all orders
- Items Sold per Outlet — Average items per outlet, useful for benchmarking
Hourly Average Sales Table
Below the KPIs, a heatmap-style table shows average sales by time slot (rows) and day of week (columns: Monday through Sunday). This helps identify peak trading hours for each day.
Customers Tab
The Customers tab tracks customer acquisition and retention.
Key Metrics
- Unique Customer(s) — Distinct customers who placed at least one order in the period
- New Customer(s) — First-time customers who placed their first-ever order in the period
A time-series chart below the KPIs shows Unique Customers over time, with comparison to the previous period when the Comparison toggle is enabled.
Exporting DataEach chart has a download icon (↓) in its top-right corner. Click this to download the underlying data as a CSV for further analysis in a spreadsheet.
