Promotions

Overview

The Promotions page allows you to offer discounts to customers in three different ways: automatically applied Deals, personalised Vouchers, and shareable Promo Codes. You can also monitor how each campaign is performing.

How to Access

Click Promotions in the sidebar under Grow Your Business.

Create Promotions Tab

The default view shows three promotion types to choose from:

• Deals – Automatically apply discounts to eligible orders at checkout. Best used for site-wide or product-specific offers that should apply without the customer needing a code.
• Vouchers – Create personalised vouchers that can be sent to specific customers or groups. Customers apply the voucher at checkout to receive the discount.
• Promo Codes – Generate shareable discount codes for use in marketing, social media, or email campaigns. Customers enter the code at checkout.

Creating a Promotion

1. Go to Promotions in the sidebar
2. On the Create Promotions tab, click the promotion type you want to create (Deals, Vouchers, or Promo Code)
3. Fill in the required details such as discount amount, applicable products, and validity period
4. Save and activate the promotion

View Performance Tab

• Number of active campaigns
• Total redemptions across campaigns
• A table listing each campaign with its performance metrics

Tips

• Use Deals for seasonal or outlet-wide discounts that should apply automatically
• Use Promo Codes for social media campaigns where you want to track engagement
• Use Vouchers to reward loyal or high-value customers personally
