Promotions
Lets you create and track discount campaigns across three types: Deals (automatic), Vouchers (customer-targeted), and Promo Codes (shareable). Use the View Performance tab to monitor active campaigns.

Discount TypesWhen creating a new promotion, first choose the type of discount to apply:
Deals
Deals are automatically applied to eligible orders at checkout — customers do not need to enter any code. Use Deals for blanket discounts such as Happy Hour pricing or category-level markdowns.
- Best for: Automatic, time-based, or condition-based discounts
- Customer action required: None
Vouchers
Vouchers are personalised discount codes assigned to specific customers or customer groups. They can be distributed via email or push notification through Customer Communications.
- Best for: Targeted retention offers, birthday rewards, win-back campaigns
- Customer action required: Apply voucher at checkout
Promo Codes
Promo Codes are shareable codes suitable for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and partner promotions. Anyone with the code can apply it at checkout.
- Best for: Marketing campaigns, social media, influencer partnerships
- Customer action required: Enter code at checkout
Viewing Performance
Click the View Performance tab to see all your promotions and their results.
Summary Metrics
- Active Campaign — Number of promotions currently published and live
- Order from Campaigns — Total number of orders that used a promotion
Promotions Table
The table shows each promotion with:
- ID — Unique promotion identifier
- Internal Name — Your internal label for the promotion
- Display Name — The customer-facing promotion name
- Promotions Type — Deal, Voucher, or Promo Code
- Discount Type — Fixed Amount or Percentage Discount
- Min. Order Value — Minimum spend required to apply the discount
- Redemptions — Number of times the promotion has been used
- Distributions — Number of times the promotion has been distributed to customers
- Conversion Rate — Percentage of distributions that resulted in a redemption
- Start Date / End Date — Campaign validity window
Use the status filter tabs to view promotions by stage:
- Published — Active and visible to customers
- Draft — Created but not yet live
- Scheduled — Set to activate at a future date
- Archived — Ended promotions kept for reference
To deactivate an active promotion immediately, select its checkbox and click Deactivate.
Downloading a ReportClick Download Report (top-right of the View Performance tab) to export all promotion performance data as a CSV.
