Scheduled Orders
Scheduled Orders displays orders where customers have selected a future pickup time. Use this page to monitor upcoming orders, track cancellations, and export scheduled order data.

How to Access
Click Scheduled Orders in the sidebar under Manage Your Business.
📌 Scheduled ordering must first be enabled for your outlets. Go to Settings > Performance Management > Scheduled Order Settings to configure it.
Searching and Filtering
- Search bar — Search by order number or reference number
- Date range — Filter to orders with a pickup time within a specific date window (defaults to the current week)
- Status tabs — View Scheduled orders (upcoming) or Cancelled orders
- Outlet selector — Filter to a specific outlet or view all outlets combined
Orders Table
Each row in the table shows:
- Order Number — The internal Cata identifier for the order
- Ref No. — The reference number from the ordering channel
- Outlet Name — The outlet where the order will be collected
- Total Amount — The amount paid by the customer
- Pickup Time — The date and time the customer has selected for collection
- Order Status — Scheduled or Cancelled
Order Statuses
- Scheduled — The order is confirmed and the customer has selected a future pickup time
- Cancelled — The order was cancelled before the pickup time
Downloading a Report
Click Download Report (top-right) to export the current filtered view as a CSV.
