Table Management
Overview
Table Management allows you to view your outlet's table configuration and download QR codes that customers can scan at their table to place dine-in orders. Table data is managed through Deliverect.
Note: This page is read-only. Table configuration is managed by Deliverect. For any changes to table setup, contact support@trycata.com.
How to Access
Click Table Management in the sidebar under Manage Your Business.
Table Number Format
At the top of the page, the Table number format card shows the current numbering format used for tables (e.g. Numeric). This determines how table numbers are displayed to customers.
Outlet List
The page lists all your outlets. Click on an outlet name to view the tables associated with that outlet.
Downloading QR Codes
QR codes allow customers to scan and place orders directly from their table. Click the Download All Store QR Code button in the top-right corner to download QR codes for all outlets at once. Alternatively, click on a specific outlet to download QR codes for that outlet only. Print the QR codes and place them on tables for customer use.
Note: Ensure QR codes are reprinted if table numbers or outlet configurations change.
